We manufactured our first machine tool model in 1940, and in the years since then total production has reached over 10,000 units. Our internal grinding machines are used by more than 1,000 companies in Japan and overseas. TOYO brand machine tools are backed by ISO 9001 certification, the international standard in quality assurance. They are widely employed and highly regarded in many key industrial sectors, including automobiles, electric household appliances, and bearings.

This comprehensive line in four size series (0 Size, 1 Size, 2 Size and 3 Size) includes one-chuck grinding and mass-production grinding machines for inner diameters and seat faces of ultra-precise small-diameter parts, and can handle work sizes ranging from an internal diameter of Φ1.5mm to large diameters of Φ610mm. We meet demand in all sectors of industry with ease-of-use and wide applicability.			This is a line in five size series of mass-production grinding machines, using the 2-shoe & magnet chuck, or the 1-shoe & 2-roller type work support method for optimal grinding. These internal grinding machines are a product of high-precision and high-efficiency bearing machining technology.

The vertical orientation of these machines saves space and helps to simplify setup and reconfiguration without compromising the requisite high precision. Four sizes are available, capable of machining products with an internal diameter of up to 1,250 mm. We have developed and begun accepting orders for two new models in their series of large-size vertical grinding machines: the T-185C with a maximum grinding diameter of 1,600 mm and the T-186C, with a maximum grinding diameter of 2,600 mm.			Two centerless models are available, capable of machining products with an external diameter of up to 240 mm. The first centerless vertical grinding machines to be produced by a Japanese manufacturer, these two models offer precise, efficient machining.

Machines suitable for a diverse range of external grinding tasks, including machining of the outer groove of inner ring of ball bearing, straight outer diameters of compressor parts, and R-shape outer diameters. These precision, mass-production machines employ hydrodynamic bearings for the grinding wheel spindle and a high-speed double arm for the loader.	Designed for applications such as end face, profile, and vane slot grinding machine.	Making Highly efficient,high-accuracy honing a reality.
