CNC Internal Grinding Machines, Chuck Type
High-performance CNC internal grinding machines capable of continuous
grinding of multilevel surfaces and external surface grinding, as
well as machining of products with an external diameter of up to 350
mm and an internal diameter of up to 170 mm.
T-11JAG: CNC internal grinding machine based on the T-11JA,
designed for mass production and equipped with a gantry loader
as standard. Provides fully automatic grinding of the internal
surfaces and end faces of components such as gears.
T-11JAS: CNC internal grinding machine based on the T-11JA,
equipped with a very rigid work shaft and rotary dresser. Suitable
for medium-quantity, mixed-model machining of products such as
die components and gears.
Quadruple-wheel-head turret option: The T-11JAG-4S and T-11JAS-4S
specifications add to the above two models continuous high-precision
grinding of multiple surfaces and fully automated operation.
