We manufactured our first machine tool model in 1940, and in the years since then total production has reached over 10,000 units. Our internal grinding machines are used by more than 1,000 companies in Japan and overseas. They are widely employed and highly regarded in many key industrial sectors, including automobiles, electric household appliances, and bearings.

    • CNC Vertical Grinding Machines, Chuck Type

      We propose grinding methods that are optimal for your workpiece. Our "Vertical Multi-face Grinding Machine" enables combined grinding, allowing you to grind the inner diameter, outer diameter, and end surfaces with a single chuck.
      Lineup with a maximum grinding diameter of up to 3500 mm.

    • CNC Vertical Grinding Machines, Centerless Type

      Workpiece support with 2-shoe magnet, ideal for grinding of bearings and other components that require concentricity between the external and inner surfaces.
      Our "Vertical Composite Grinding Machine" enables combined grinding, allowing you to grind the inner diameter, outer diameter, and end surfaces with a single chuck. Lineup with a maximum grinding diameter of up to 650 mm.

    • CNC External Grinding Machines

      Machines suitable to process various external faces, including machining of bearings and compressor parts. These fully automatic external grinding machines employ multi-face hydrodynamic bearings for the grinding wheel spindle and a high-speed double-arm loader.
