Straightness less than 1μm/300mm
Independent structure of feed axis (X) and table axis (Z) eliminated X-axis displacement caused by Z-axis vertical movement and realized high-precision grinding of straightness less than 1μm/300mm.
Multi-face grinding in single chucking
An automatic tool changer (ATC) enables continuously machining up to 8 surfaces in single chucking. The turret (swivel) unit has a continuously operating stepless indexing function that enables highly efficient multi-face grinding for various purposes. (min. resolution: 0.0001°)
