TVH-05 CNC Honing Machines

The TVH-05 is a compact honing machine that helps shorten production lines. With a width of 750 mm and a length of 1,540 mm, it can be installed in a space 60% smaller than that for conventional machines. It has a simple structure with a single main spindle but is equipped with a (patent-pending) honing tool that allows switchover between rough and finish honing, which has never been incorporated into this class of honing machines. With two types of grinding wheels (one for rough grinding and the other for finishing) built in, it allows you to use NC grinding wheel expansion to switch between rough and finish honing with one honing tool.
