Improved main body rigidity, a work spindle with hydrostatic bearings for high rotational accuracy, and an electropermanent magnetic chuck enables high-precision, consistent machining on ultra-large workpieces.
High-output and highly rigid wheelheads
Our newly developed wheelhead provides high power, high rigidity, and high frequency for the wheelhead. We've chosen a high power type capable of 30 kW. Equipped with an auto-balancer and AE sensor for the inner section of the wheelhead which will automatically correct deviations in the rotation balance when a large-diameter grinding wheel is used. This enables high-precision, high-efficiency machining.
Compatible with multi-face grinding
T-185C and T-186C can be equipped with two tables and compatible with multi-face grinding such as I.D., O.D., and Rib.
T-187C can be equipped with an ATC unit for multi-face grinding.
